Michelle
FOUNDER
Michelle found herself intrigued by the practice and discipline of yoga. Yoga became a space where she found solace in its calming nature, embraced its demanding challenges, and welcomed the enlightening moments it offered.
With the belief yoga and meditation can benefit any and every body, she encourages students to step onto the mat and embrace the journey of progress over perfection.
Teaching with integrity and authenticity, Michelle is a certified 500-YTT and prenatal yoga. Her classes blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles, focusing on alignment techniques, awareness, and strength conditioning.
Michelle empowers students to embrace the journey, move with intention, and cultivate a sustainable practice within their limitations allowing them to progress beyond the mat.

Sophie
INSTRUCTOR
Through yoga, Sophie learned to honor the limitations of her body while challenging herself physically and mentally. Simultaneously she learned how to let go of expectations for herself and others.
Utilizing various pranayama practices, Sophie learned to breathe mindfully, to live in the present moment and to meditate.
Teaching since completing her 200-RYT in 2019, Sophie is a thoughtful, attentive and compassionate instructor. She focuses on gentle vinyasa flows to develop awareness of breath and body.
Sophie believes deeply in the healing power of a restorative practice, pranayama breathing techniques and mindful meditation to encourage students to grow within their practice, on and off the mat.

She believes yoga should be used to support your life for things you love to do. She is a certified 500-hr YTT with specialties in sound therapy, yin, movement & mobility. Her classes are designed to be accessible for many people with options to modify or kick things up a notch.
