We offer an assortment of yoga classes for practitioners at any level. Whether you’re looking to practice the fundamentals, move through a fast paced vinyasa flow or restore the senses of your physical, emotional or spiritual body, we've got a class that suits your needs. All are welcome to join and participate.
Surya Rising.
Join for an energizing morning flow that will prepare your mind, body and spirit for whatever the day brings ahead. Each class begins with intelligent movements to awaken your breath and body. Transition into Sun Salutations followed by a sequence to boost flexibility, develop strength and awareness in our shoulders, hips and entire body.
Core Awakening.
Warm up with a gentle vinyasa flow that cultivates awareness between the breath and physical body. Quickly transition into a series of Sun Salutations that progressively flows into an intelligent sequence of asanas that focuses on alignment to awaken and strengthen the core.
Flow and Restore.
Offering the benefits of movement and relaxation, this class is the perfect way to start your weekend! The first half of class begins with a vinyasa flow connecting breath with movement, allowing the body to warm up while releasing tension. Gradually transition into restorative asanas where these deeply relaxing postures are held for several minutes.
Gentle Flow.
A slow vinyasa flow of fundamental asanas connect breath with movement to warm the body. Mindfulness techniques are gradually added into the sequence, as postures are held for several breaths to deepen awareness of physical alignment. Class closes with a guided meditation.
